Booking & Appointment Policy

GoChiroMobile – Mobile Chiropractic Care

1) Scheduling

  • Online booking: Schedule 24/7 using our secure booking page.
  • Regions: Choose the correct region (West, Central, or East) to help us plan travel efficiently.
  • Lead time:
    • Focused (Wellness) Visit – $60: Please book at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Urgent Visit (Flare-Up / New Complaint) – $80: Same-day or next-day booking as space permits.
    • Extended Visit – $100 and New Patient – Exam – $100: Standard advance booking available (up to 30 days).

Wellness focus: Routine, proactive care helps you stay mobile and reduces flare-ups. Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred time.

2) Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows may incur a late-cancellation fee.
  • To adjust your visit, use your confirmation link or text/call us at 610-494-0412.

3) Arrival & Setup (We Come to You)

  • Please provide a quiet, well-lit space large enough for a portable chiropractic table.
  • For everyone’s safety, secure pets during the visit.

4) Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless a pre-paid plan is on file.
  • We accept major credit cards via Square and can provide text/email receipts.
  • Acute Recovery Plan (3 Visits – $210): The full plan fee is collected at the first visit and covers all three plan visits.

5) Follow-Up & Communication

  • Focused (Wellness) visits include standard appointment reminders.
  • Patients in the Acute Recovery Plan receive brief daily check-ins (text/phone) during the first week, plus a re-evaluation at Visit 3.

6) Emergencies

GoChiroMobile is not an emergency medical provider. If you experience severe or worsening symptoms (e.g., progressive weakness, loss of bowel/bladder control), call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
