Verify Location
Mobile visits are offered throughout most of Delaware County PA and the Bethany Beach Area.
Parking
Private or adequate , close community parking must be available.
Allow Extra Time
Please allow twenty minutes before and after the scheduled time to account for travel.
New Patient Enrollment
- Be sure that the location of the appointment falls within the coverage area.
- Select the new patient option for an individula patient or the group option if desired.
- Choose two appointment slots in which you will be available
- Appointment times are estimates. Please be available thirty minutes before and after the scheduled appointment to allow for scheduling changes.
- When one of the appointment selections is confirmed, you will recieve an email or text confirmation. This confirmation will contain a link to complete the intake paperwork. This must be completed prior to the visit.
- If multiple patients are to be seen on the same appointment, all participants must complete the intake paperwork.
- Dr. DeFries may contact you prior to the appointment to discuss your condition.
